Engineer and sustainability expert Pablo Ribeiro Dias, PhD, has released his first book, Climate Changed: The Science of Sustainability and How Each of Us Can Do Our Part. In this compelling and readable work, Dias delves into the complex issue of climate change and other environmental threats, providing readers with an accessible yet nuanced understanding of the global challenges we face.

Published on July 10, 2025, Climate Changed demystifies critical topics such as greenhouse gases, biodiversity loss, and life cycle assessments, providing tangible and applicable tools for change—ideal for readers eager to shift from awareness to action.

In the book, Dias traces the progression of environmental decline from the age of extraction, through industrialization, to the current global environmental crisis. By drawing connections between historical events, scientific principles, and social movements, he underscores pressing issues that must be addressed.
